Pricing questions
What happens to hunts I bought if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing — they stay yours. One-time purchases (per-hunt or city bundle) grant permanent access that lives on your account indefinitely, regardless of whether you have an active subscription. Canceling All Access only affects content you haven't already bought outright.
Can I upgrade from a per-hunt purchase to a bundle?
Not automatically — Stripe doesn't credit previous purchases against a new checkout. If you've bought a hunt and later buy a bundle, you'll be buying the full bundle. The flat $11.99 price means even from scratch a bundle is the best one-time deal once a city or state has 3+ paid hunts.
How does All Access work?
$9.99/month unlocks every paid hunt in every city, including new launches, for as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel anytime — anything you've bought outright stays yours, you just lose access to the hunts you only had through the subscription.
City bundle vs. state bundle — what's the difference?
Same price ($11.99), different scope. A city qualifies for a city bundle once it has 3 or more paid hunts. If a state has 3+ paid hunts spread across 3+ different cities (and no single city dominates), it qualifies for a state bundle instead — so you can buy "all of Colorado" rather than picking between Boulder, Golden, and Vail individually.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
From your profile page, click "Manage subscription." That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view past invoices. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What cities are available?
We started in Denver and have expanded to Boulder, Golden, Boston, and more. Browse all hunts to see the current list. New cities are added regularly — existing subscribers get access to new hunts in their city as they launch.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
